October 31 marks the anniversary of Martin Luther posting his of 95 Theses, launching the Reformation—a movement that forever altered Christianity and the world. Featuring contributors to the book Luther on Leadership, this panel will examine how Luther exemplified transformational, adaptive, and disruptive leadership and how his courage and conviction inform contemporary leadership challenges.

As today’s Christian leaders face pressures from opposing cultural ideologies, this discussion invites us to recover the spirit of authentic, biblical reformation as we seek to apply Luther’s legacy thoughtfully to our leadership contexts.
